Cucumber Ginger CBD Mocktail

Inspired by a recipe created by by Cheryl Malik of 40 Aprons


  • 1 medium cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 bulb of ginger (roughly chopped)
  • 1 cup blue agave nectar
  • Sparkling mineral water
  • Papa & Barkley Essentials CBD Drops

Flavored Syrup Directions:

Bring sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved and remove from heat. Add cucumber and ginger and let stand for 1 ½ -2 hours. Strain into a bottle and chill.

Drink Preparation:

To prepare a cocktail, stir together about 1.5 ounces and mix together with about 5 ounces of soda in a chilled coupe (highball glass filled with ice) and garnish with a slice of fresh cucumber.
